Lakhimpur Kheri (UP), April 7 Three people were killed and another was seriously injured when two motorcycles collided on the Lakhimpur-Bhira highway here, police said on Tuesday.
The incident occurred on Monday near the Musepur inter college.
Police rushed the injured to a community health center, where three people were declared dead and another was referred to a district hospital.
Bhira police station in-charge Rohit Dubey said the deceased were identified as Amrish Gautam (20), Tauheed (20), and Arbaz (16), while the injured was identified as Pawan.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination, police said.
