New Delhi, March 30 Branches of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) across the country will remain open on March 31 to assist policyholders in depositing their insurance premiums.
March 31 is a public holiday due to Mahavir Jayanti.
Normal operations, as per official working hours, will continue on Tuesday to avoid any inconvenience for policyholders, LIC stated in a press release.
This is in accordance with the advisory issued by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) on March 25, 2026, it said.
