In Jammu and Kashmir, Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, Commander of the Northern Command, visited Shahsitar in Poonch and Hanjanwali in the Rajouri sector to assess the current security situation and ongoing counter-terrorism efforts in the border areas. An Akashvani Jammu correspondent reports that during the visit, he was briefed on the intelligence network and measures being taken to enhance operational capabilities for sustained operations to strengthen anti-terrorism initiatives in these sensitive border regions. The Army Commander praised the troops for their high morale, professionalism, and dedication while performing their duties under difficult conditions.
