Ahead of the upcoming Navratri and Eid al-Fitr festivals, Krishan Lal chaired a meeting in Doda to review preparedness and arrangements. Representatives from various departments, members of civil society, and representatives of the Beopar Mandal attended the meeting.
The Deputy Commissioner directed departments to ensure a continuous power supply, adequate drinking water, LPG availability, and proper sanitation at religious places and markets. Sandeep Mehta stated that adequate security arrangements are being made, with additional deployment at important religious places to ensure peaceful celebrations.
