Loyalty Over Opportunism: Raje's Call for BJP Appointments.webp

Jaipur, April 6 Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje said on Monday that political appointments should be given only to loyal party workers, not opportunists.

Addressing the party cadre at the state BJP office here on the party's foundation day, Raje said the BJP has witnessed many phases in its 46-year journey, with several leaders joining and leaving the party over time.

"There are people who change parties but not their mindset. It is important to honor those who remain loyal to the party's core ideology," she said.

Raje said that workers who have shown commitment, dedication, and struggled for the organization should be given opportunities and key responsibilities.

"Those who are rooted in the party's ideology should be rewarded, not opportunists," she added.

She credited party stalwarts such as Syama Prasad Mukherjee, Deendayal Upadhyaya, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Lal Krishna Advani, Vijaya Raje Scindia, and Bhairon Singh Shekhawat for strengthening the organization, and said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has further expanded its reach.

BJP chief Madan Rathore, Deputy Chief Minister Prem Chand Bairwa, and several other leaders were also present on the occasion.
