Amid concerns about the availability of LPG cylinders, Kailash Dudani, the President of the All India LPG Distributors Association, has assured the public that there is no shortage of LPG in the country and that sufficient stock is available to meet demand for more than 30 days.
He stated that the LPG supply chain across the country is functioning smoothly, and that oil companies, along with distributors, have maintained adequate reserves to ensure uninterrupted supply to consumers.
Dudani appealed to people not to engage in panic buying or unnecessary stocking of LPG cylinders, as such practices may disrupt the regular distribution system. He added that the current supply network is fully capable of meeting the normal demand of both domestic and commercial consumers.
Reassuring consumers, he reiterated that LPG companies and distributors are well-prepared, and that there is no shortage of LPG cylinders anywhere in the country.
