
Indore, March 11 Local vendors at the famous Chaat Chowpatty have begun switching from traditional gas burners to electric appliances to keep Indore's food culture alive, following the disruption of commercial LPG supplies due to escalating tensions in the Middle East.
This shift comes as oil marketing companies have decided to prioritize domestic cooking gas, leaving the hospitality sector to find creative ways to serve their customers.
The shopkeepers say they will also consider adopting solar-powered appliances if necessary.
