New Delhi, April 6 TDI Infratech, a real estate firm, announced on Monday that it has partnered with DC Group to develop a 150-acre township in Ludhiana with an investment of ₹750 crore.
The township will include luxury group housing, residential plotted developments, and low-rise independent floors, targeting both end-users and long-term investors. The project will cover an area of approximately 6 million square feet.
According to a statement, "TDI Infratech, in partnership with DC Group, has announced its entry into Ludhiana with the development of an approximately 150-acre integrated township."
Speaking about the expansion, Akshay Taneja, Managing Director, TDI Infratech, said that Ludhiana represents a high-potential market with strong economic fundamentals and sustained demand from end-users.
"Our acquisition of approximately 150 acres reflects a long-term commitment to developing a benchmark township that integrates premium housing formats with robust infrastructure and lifestyle amenities. This project also marks an important milestone as our first township after achieving a debt-free position in 2025," he added.
Prince Chhabra, Promoter, DC Group, said that Ludhiana's strong industrial base and demand driven by Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) make it a high-potential market.
"Our partnership with TDI Infratech is focused on delivering a landmark township while creating long-term value for homebuyers and the regional ecosystem," he added.
This will be TDI Infratech's fourth township in Punjab, following Chandigarh, Rajpura, and Mohali.
The company has already delivered over 500 acres in Mohali with two integrated townships and 42 acres in Rajpura. Within these developments, prime commercial pockets are now being launched as hotels and commercial centers.
