Mandla (MP), March 22 Four men died after their motorcycle fell off a dilapidated bridge in Mandla district, Madhya Pradesh, police said on Sunday.
The accident occurred near the Bhainswahi village at around 8 pm on Saturday, according to Anita Kudape, a police officer at the Bijadandi Police Station.
The four men were travelling from Paudi to Bhainswahi village when their motorcycle hit a pothole on the bridge. The rider lost control, and the motorcycle fell into the river, she said.
All four men sustained serious injuries and later died, the official added.
The deceased have been identified as Pramod Kumar Nareti (24), Santalal Uikey (23), Shivam Yadav (25), and Gangaram (22), the official said.
The police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
