Mumbai, April 8 Pune-based Sumeet SSG announced a strategic collaboration with Pinnacle Industries on Wednesday to provide ambulances for the Maharashtra Emergency Medical Services (MEMS 108) project.

Sumeet SSG BVG Maharashtra EMS, a joint venture between Sumeet Group, facility management firm BVG India, and Spanish company SSG Transporte Sanitario, has been tasked with deploying and operating a fleet of 1,756 emergency vehicles for the project.

The fleet comprises advanced life support, basic life support, and neonatal ambulances for the project under a 10-year Public-Private Partnership, the company said.

IHCL portfolio at 628 hotels

* The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) on Wednesday said the company's portfolio stands at 628 hotels, with 373 in operation and a pipeline of 255 hotels.

"This fiscal year marked a record of 250 signings through inorganic and sustained organic growth, delivering an expanded brandscape and scaling our presence in the midscale segment," IHCL Executive Vice President - Real Estate and Development, Suma Venkatesh, said in a statement.

She said, Ginger leads the midscale segment with the acquisition of a majority stake in ANK and Pride hospitality reaching over 250 properties across more than 150 locations.
