New Delhi, February 25 Pharmaceutical company Lupin Ltd announced on Wednesday that the Maharashtra GST Department has initiated an inspection and search at its registered office in Mumbai.
The inspection and search, which began at 11:50 am on February 25, 2026, is aimed at obtaining documents related to GST payments and input tax credit claims, Lupin said in a regulatory filing.
The company is cooperating with the officials and providing the necessary information and documents, it added.
The initiation of this inspection and search has no impact on the company's finances, operations, or other activities, Lupin stated.
