Mumbai, March 27 Shiv Sena leader Shaina NC said on Friday that Maharashtra minister Narhari Zirwal, whose video with a transgender person has landed him in a controversy, should resign on moral grounds.
However, she maintained that it was her personal opinion.
Her statement comes amid the demand by opposition parties to sack Zirwal, a leader of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), from his ministerial post after the video surfaced on social media.
"Minister Narhari Zirwal should resign on moral grounds," Shaina, a spokesperson of the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena, told
