Mumbai, April 6 – Bollywood star Malaika Arora Khan has spoken about embracing her age, saying that she wears it with pride, as it's simply a number.
Khan candidly discussed aging on the show "Famously Fit with Sophie," hosted by Sophie Choudry on Amazon MX. In the episode, she talked about her practical approach to fitness, consistency, and listening to her body.
Not shying away from acknowledging her age, Khan said, "Just wear it with pride, age gracefully, and don't get caught up in it. It's just a number. No matter what age you are, whether 20 or 60, you are amazing."
She also encouraged women to embrace themselves at every stage. Sharing insights into celebrity life, she discussed fitness trends and a lighthearted take on what is truly "clean" and what is just packaged hype.
The episode will also showcase her passion for food and how it led her into the restaurant industry.
"Famously Fit with Sophie" is now available to stream for free exclusively on Amazon MX Player.
Sophie Choudry is a singer, actress, VJ, and TV host. She began her career by providing vocals as a backup singer for popular 90s artists such as Shweta Shetty and Alisha Chinai.
She then formed an all-girls band called Sansara in 2000. After moving to Mumbai, she started hosting shows as a VJ.
Her album featured tracks such as "Jadugar Saiyaan", "Zuby Zuby", "Ek Pardesi Mera Dil Le Gaya", "Ghar Aaya Mera Pardesi", "Dil Ke Armaan", and "Bachke Rehna Re Baba".
However, her revamped version of the song "Mera Babu Chail Chabila" became a chartbuster.
She also tried her hand at acting, making her debut in Shaadi No.1 directed by David Dhawan in 2005.
