Secretary (South) of the Ministry of External Affairs, Dr. Neena Malhotra, met with the Governor of Constantine, Abdelkhalek Sayouda, in Algeria today. Constantine is home to several pharmaceutical companies. The Ministry of External Affairs stated that they discussed potential collaborations in the areas of pharmaceuticals, higher education, and tourism.
