New Delhi, April 2 Prices of cottonseed oil cake fell by Rs 12 to Rs 3,595 per quintal on Thursday in futures trading, as participants reduced their positions, following weak trends in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for May delivery traded lower by Rs 12, or 0.33 per cent, to Rs 3,595 per quintal with an open interest of 18,540 lots.
Analysts said a sell-off by participants at existing levels, amid a subdued market trend, weighed on cottonseed oil cake prices.
