
New Delhi, March 20 Max Estates Ltd, a real estate firm, expects to generate revenue of ₹3,000 crore from a new housing project in Noida.
In a regulatory filing on Friday, the company announced the launch of a residential community, "Estate 105," located in Sector 105, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The project is "part of a larger 10.33-acre planned development, with the first phase estimated to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹3,000 crore."
The GDV refers to the potential sale value of the properties being offered for sale.
The company will develop 270 homes across two residential towers.
