Aizawl, April 9, 2026: The Kawrthah North Village Council (LGD Code: 264555), Mizoram, has been awarded the prestigious Deen Dayal Upadhyay Panchayat Samata Vikas Award 2025, under the theme "Clean & Green Panchayat," achieving the top rank at the national level.
