March 29, New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Kerala, a state set to hold elections. Criticizing the opposition, he stated that for decades, the LDF and UDF had made empty promises to the people.
PM Modi said, "During elections, who is actually working as a B-team? I am going to reveal the truth. The Congress and Communists are allied across India. Look at Bihar, Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, Manipur, Assam, and Tripura. They are also allied in Tamil Nadu. But in Kerala, they are pretending to be against each other. Therefore, the people of Kerala should be cautious of both."
Senior leaders from the BJP and NDA were present at the event. The Prime Minister also held a roadshow in the area. Voting in the southern state will take place on April 9, while the results will be announced on May 4.
