February 18, New Delhi – Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a bilateral discussion with Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay on the sidelines of the India AI Impact Summit. PM Modi met with Bhutanese Prime Minister Dasho Tshering Tobgay, reaffirming the close and unique partnership between the two countries.
With both leaders in India for the AI Impact Summit, the discussions also explored how emerging technologies can be leveraged for sustainable development and youth empowerment in the Himalayan region. The meeting once again highlighted the long-standing India-Bhutan friendship based on trust, cooperation, and shared priorities.
