Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that India and Canada are vibrant democracies, two major economies of the world, and societies based on shared values. Speaking during the India-Canada CEOs Forum in New Delhi today, Mr. Modi said that democracy, diversity, and development inspire both nations to move forward as natural partners. He added that India is currently the world's fastest-growing major economy. "This transformation is driven by strong domestic demand, a young population, large-scale investment, and digital technology," he said. "This is the result of continuous reforms," he added. Mr. Modi concluded by saying that, just as in T-20 cricket, with quick decisions, fearless strokes, and winning partnerships, India and Canada will shape the future together.
