March 02, New Delhi – Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a telephone conversation with his Israeli counterpart, Benjamin Netanyahu.
The leaders discussed the current regional situation and its implications.
He also reiterated India's firm stance on the urgent need for an immediate cessation of hostilities.
In a post on X, PM Modi wrote, "Had a telephone call with PM Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss the current regional situation. Conveyed India's concerns over recent developments and emphasised the safety of civilians as a priority. India reiterates the need for an early cessation of hostilities."
