A large public meeting was held in Nimua as part of the BPF's "Dispur Chalo" program, organized by the Salbari District Committee of the Bodoland People's Front (BPF). The event was attended by Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) Chief Executive Member Hagrama Mohilary.
Prior to the meeting, Mohilary participated in a foot march with local residents, which began in Khushrabari and proceeded to the venue in Nimua.
Speaking to the media on the sidelines of the event, Mohilary expressed optimism about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's upcoming visit to Kokrajhar on March 13. He stated that the Prime Minister's visit is expected to bring positive developments and good news for the Bodoland Territorial Council region.
