MP Farmer Protests Bank Delay with Dance.webp

Dhar, March 16 A farmer and his family staged a "dance" protest accompanied by the beating of drums at a bank in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, on Monday, demanding the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) despite repaying a loan.

A video of the incident, in which Vijay Patidar, a farmer from Chandwada village, and his family were seen dancing to the beat of drums and playing trumpets, went viral on social media.

"I had taken a loan of Rs 13 lakh on a Kisan Credit Card from IDFC Bank in Dhar and had repaid the amount a month ago. However, despite visiting the bank for the past one-and-a-half months, I have not been given an NOC. We took this step to make the bank officials aware," Patidar told
