
New Delhi, March 27 Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd, a real estate firm, will redevelop a housing society in Mumbai, and expects to generate revenue of around Rs 300 crore from the saleable area.
In a regulatory filing on Friday, the Ahmedabad-based company announced that it has signed a redevelopment project in Santacruz, Mumbai.
"The project has the potential to generate revenue of Rs 300 crore, with an estimated total saleable area of 42,000 sq ft," it added.
Arvind SmartSpaces has real estate development projects in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Baroda, Bengaluru, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), and Pune.
