March 14, New Delhi: Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal inaugurated the iconic "Van Rani toy train" at Sanjay Gandhi National Park on Saturday.
The train service, which had been suspended after damage from a 2020 cyclone, has now been restored with a battery-operated system aimed at promoting environmental sustainability.
Goyal stated that the Van Rani toy train remains a major attraction for visitors and reflects India's ability to pursue modern development while preserving its heritage.
