The office of the Administrator, Jammu and Kashmir Waqf Board, Jammu, has announced the official timings for Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at various Eidgahs and mosques across Jammu.
According to the announcement, Eid prayers will be held at Markazi Eidgah Jammu at 8:00 am. Prayers at Jamia Masjid Umar Railway Station Jammu and Jamia Masjid Talab Khatikan Jammu will be held at 9:00 am. Eid prayers at Makka Masjid Bathandi Jammu and Madina Masjid Bathandi Jammu are scheduled for 7:30 am. Eid prayers at Eidgah Sidhra Jammu will be held at 9:00 am, while Eidgah Janipur Jammu will hold prayers at 7:30 am and Eidgah Malik Market Jammu at 8:00 am.
Devotees have been advised to arrive at their respective Eidgahs and mosques well in advance to ensure smooth and peaceful conduct of prayers. For security reasons, worshippers and the general public have been requested to refrain from carrying mobile phones, lighters, cigarettes, and other tobacco products to the prayer venues.
They have also been advised to bring their own prayer mats or prayer rugs, especially at Eidgahs, to avoid inconvenience. In case of rain or inclement weather, Eid prayers will be offered in the respective Jamia Masjids of the area, and revised timings will be announced by the concerned Imam.
