Puducherry, April 3 Veteran Congress leader V Narayansamy has said that both his party and the Dravidian partner, the DMK, are responsible for the confusion over seat-sharing and dismissed it as a minor setback.
The DMK did not agree with this argument and said that it was the Congress that made a "big mistake" by fielding candidates in 6 additional constituencies.
The 78-year-old former chief minister asserted that talks should not have been allowed to drag on.
