
The Udhampur district administration has invited citizens to participate in an idea campaign under the "Nasha Mukt Udhampur" initiative, aimed at combating drug abuse and promoting a healthier society.
Participants are being asked to share innovative ideas and practical suggestions to help build a safer, drug-free community. The initiative seeks to encourage public involvement, especially from youth, in addressing the growing problem of substance abuse.
Attractive prizes have been announced for the best entries. The first prize is ₹5,000, along with a certificate, followed by ₹4,000 for second place, ₹3,000 for third, ₹2,000 for fourth, and ₹1,000 for fifth place. Additionally, the next 10 best ideas will be awarded certificates of appreciation under a special recognition program.
Officials said the campaign is part of broader efforts to engage the community in awareness and prevention measures against drug abuse.
Interested participants can submit their entries by scanning the designated QR code. The deadline for submission is April 10, 2026.
The administration has urged people to come forward and contribute ideas to safeguard the future of youth and build a drug-free society.
