Navigating Rest: Amitabh Bachchan's Perspective.webp

Mumbai, April 10 – Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has shared a note on dealing with days of lethargy and inactivity. He said that life inevitably pushes people to get back on their feet despite the urge to rest and stay in bed.

Amitabh wrote on his blog: "There are days of lethargy... days when you don't want to be active... days that spell rest and disinterest..."

"But life doesn't like that and pushes you to get involved... so you push the lethargy back and get on with it," he added.

The octogenarian went on to explain that once a person takes the first step, the inclination to remain idle gradually fades away.

He added: "Once you are on, the need to lie back takes a backseat and you become active... it works (sic)."

"Until you push, you won't move... and life wants you to move... so you move and face the challenges (sic)," he concluded.
