NDA Campaign Highlights: Progress and Stability Across Assam & Puducherry.webp

New Delhi, April 7 BJP president Nitin Nabin appealed to the people of Kerala on Tuesday to choose "progress" over "stagnation" and ensure a "historic mandate" for the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the upcoming Assembly elections.

Nabin also appealed to the people of Assam to cast their votes to "sustain" the "momentum of progress" under the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) rule and urged the people of Puducherry to give their mandate to the coalition for yet another term for a "secure, stable and prosperous Puducherry".

Kerala, Assam, and Puducherry are scheduled to go to polls on April 9.

"As we conclude the election campaign in Kerala, it is evident that the people are ready to break free from the decades-long stagnation caused by the match-fixing between the LDF and UDF," Nabin said in a post on X.

He said the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has presented a "transformative vision" for a "Vikasita Kerala", focusing on world-class healthcare, high-speed rail connectivity, and the empowerment of women.

"Grateful to the people and the NDA workers of Kerala for their dedication and trust. On April 9, your vote will be a decisive step towards shaping a stronger, self-reliant, and prosperous future for Kerala. Let us choose progress over stagnation and ensure a historic mandate for the NDA," the BJP chief said.

The time has come to move beyond the "politics of appeasement and corruption", and embrace an era defined by development, good governance, and trust under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he added.

In another post on X, Nabin said the energy across Assam during the poll campaign has been "truly inspiring".

"As the campaign concludes today, it is evident that the people of Assam stand firmly with the NDA. Under the decisive leadership of PM Narendra Modi, Assam continues to emerge as a leading force in the North-East," he said.

"I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the people and the NDA workers of Assam for their continued support," he said and urged the voters to exercise their franchise on April 9 to sustain the "momentum of progress and ensure a historic mandate for Viksit Assam".

In a separate post on X, the BJP chief said the "resounding support" across Puducherry reflects a clear mandate in favour of the NDA and its commitment to stability and growth.

"Years of administrative roadblocks have been replaced by the strength of a double-engine government, ensuring that the fruits of development reach every household," he said.

"Under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, our vision is to transform Puducherry into a 'BEST' destination, a global hub for Business, Education, Spirituality, and Tourism," he added.

Nabin urged the people of the Union Territory to vote for progress on April 9 to help build a "secure, stable and prosperous Puducherry".
