Rwanda's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe, arrived in New Delhi today. The Ministry of External Affairs announced on social media that the Rwandan Foreign Minister will attend the 11th Raisina Dialogue and the 2nd India-Rwanda Joint Commission Meeting.
