DODA, FEBRUARY 22: Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh inaugurated the construction of a motorable road from Nehru Chowk to the residence of Dr. Bashir Ahmed Mintoo under Phase-I of the District Capital Expenditure Plan.
The ₹30 lakh project, being undertaken by the PWD (R&B) Division in Doda, aims to improve local infrastructure and enhance connectivity for residents, ensuring safer and smoother access.
During the visit, the DC interacted with senior citizens and local residents, assuring them of the administration's commitment to people-centric development. He directed the executing agency to maintain quality standards and complete the work within the stipulated timeframe.
Local residents welcomed the initiative and thanked the district administration for addressing their long-standing demand.
