
New Delhi, March 30 Bollywood star Salman Khan announced his next film, titled "Dil, Dimag, Jigar se" on Monday.
The film will be directed by Vamshi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju.
Khan shared the news on his X handle, which featured a picture of the actor alongside the film's director. "Dil, Dimag, Jigar se, starting this April with @directorvamshi and #DilRaju. #Shirish @SVC_official @kuldeeprathor9 #RafiKazi," the caption read.
The filmmaker re-shared the post on his handle and said he is honored to work with the actor. "Honored to collaborate with @BeingSalmanKhan for my next film. This one is powered by heart and driven by conviction. April – We Begin," he wrote.
Khan will next star in "Maatrubhumi", which was previously titled "Battle of Galwan".
The film is based on the 2020 Galwan Valley conflict between India and China, and is directed by Apoorva Lakhia, known for "Shootout at Lokhandwala".
Khan plays the role of Bikkumalla Santosh Babu, who gave his life along with 19 other soldiers of the 16 Bihar Regiment during the clash.
Produced by Salma Khan under the banner of Salman Khan Films, the film also stars Chitrangada Singh.
