
On Sunday, Deputy Commissioner Budgam Dr. Bilal Mohi-ud-Din Bhat inaugurated a hybrid learning system at BHSS Kanir to promote digital education.
February 23, Srinagar: Deputy Commissioner Budgam Bilal Mohi-ud-Din Bhat inaugurated a newly installed hybrid learning system at BHSS Kanir on Sunday, marking a step towards strengthening technology-enabled education in the district.
He was accompanied by the Chief Planning Officer and the Chief Education Officer during the visit. Officials said that more than 15 schools have been connected through the hybrid platform.
During the visit, Bhat interacted with students virtually through the hybrid system and in person with those present on campus. Students shared their experiences and aspirations, while officials appreciated their adaptability in using modern learning tools.
The deputy commissioner reviewed the functioning of the system and expressed satisfaction with its potential to bridge learning gaps, ensure continuity in education, and enhance classroom engagement. He emphasized the effective use of technology to improve academic outcomes and encourage collaboration among institutions.
On the occasion, the principal of BHSS Kanir thanked the deputy commissioner for facilitating the installation of the system and acknowledged the support of the Chief Planning Officer and Chief Education Officer, saying that the initiative would benefit both students and teachers across the district.
