
New Delhi, March 10 Kirloskar Oil Engines announced on Tuesday that its Chairman, Atul Kirloskar, will retire on March 31, 2026, upon reaching retirement age.
Atul Kirloskar has been with the company for over 43 years, holding both executive and non-executive positions.
He joined the company in 1983.
As part of the succession planning, the company's board has appointed Rahul Kirloskar, who is currently a non-executive director, as the Chairperson.
The board has also appointed Gauri Kirloskar as Vice Chairperson. She will also continue to serve as the Managing Director of the company.
