
New Delhi, April 7 Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd, a real estate firm, has partnered with Sigma Oxford Realtors to develop a housing project in Mumbai, with an expected revenue of Rs 2,400 crore.
In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, the company stated that it has signed a "residential high-rise project in Goregaon (West), Mumbai." The project has a potential revenue of Rs 2,400 crore, with a total saleable area of 0.67 million sq ft.
The project is being developed in partnership with Sigma Oxford Realtors.
The company will jointly undertake a redevelopment project in Siddharth Nagar, Goregaon West.
Arvind SmartSpaces has real estate development projects across the country, covering 111.4 million square feet. Besides Gujarat, the company has a presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune.
