Ahmedabad, April 8 Gujarat-cadre IPS officer M L Ninama has taken voluntary retirement three months ahead of his retirement, leading to speculation about his entry into politics as local body elections are approaching.
When contacted, he did not rule out the possibility of entering politics.
Ninama, 59, who was due to retire on June 30, 2026, belongs to the Scheduled Tribe community and hails from the Arvalli district of north Gujarat.
