Nitish Kumar's Son Emphasizes Father's Legacy.webp

Patna, April 7 Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s son, Nishant, said on Tuesday that people will never forget the work his father has done over the past two decades and urged them to continue their support for him and the party.

His remarks come amid speculation about the next chief minister, with Nitish Kumar set to move to the Rajya Sabha.

While no official announcement has been made by the JD(U), some party workers have been suggesting Nishant Kumar as a potential successor.

Speaking to reporters during his visit to the Baba Harihar Nath Temple in Sonepur, Nishant said, "People will not be able to forget the works my father has done in the last 20 years. I appeal to them to continue their support for me, our party, and my father."

"I have come here after a long time. About 20 years ago, I used to visit Baba Harihar Nath Temple frequently," he said.
