April 1, New Delhi: The conflict involving Iran, Israel, and the US entered its second month on Wednesday, as both nations exchanged attacks.
The Israeli military reported that its air defense systems responded to a missile attack from Iran, with air raid sirens activated across central Israel for the first time in about 20 hours. The IDF stated that it had identified missiles launched from Iran toward Israeli territory.
Less than an hour later, another missile warning prompted alerts across northern and central Israel. Police reported damage at several sites in central Israel.
In retaliation, Israel carried out strikes on Iran’s capital, Tehran. The Israeli military confirmed a "large-scale wave of strikes" on the city. Iran's state broadcaster reported explosions in the north, east, and central parts of Tehran, without providing further details.
