In Jammu and Kashmir, the Army recovered war-like stores during a comprehensive search operation in the Sunderbani area along the Line of Control (LOC) in the Rajouri district on Friday. According to a report by Akashvani Jammu correspondent, the PRO Defence provided an update on Operation Jwala, stating that, following the thwarting of an infiltration attempt in the Nathua Tibba area of Sunderbani sector along the LOC on the early hours of February 19, 2026, troops of the Crossed Sword Division under the White Knight Corps conducted a comprehensive search of the area. During the search, heavily blood-stained tracks were observed, indicating serious injuries to the terrorists. The operation also yielded war-like stores, including one AK rifle, two magazines with ammunition, three backpacks, blankets, rations, and clothing. The operation is ongoing with heightened vigilance and firm control of the area. Further details are pending.
