Asaduddin Owaisi campaigned in Goalpara and Dhubri, backing AIUDF candidates.
AIMIM leader and Member of Parliament Asaduddin Owaisi campaigned in Assam's Goalpara on Friday in support of AIUDF candidate Hafiz Bashir Ahmed Qasimi for the Goalpara East constituency.
Addressing a campaign rally at Rakhasini, Owaisi criticised both the BJP and Congress and urged voters to support the AIUDF candidate.
Later in the day, he attended a large election meeting at Motirchar in the Dhubri Assembly constituency. At the gathering, he campaigned for AIUDF candidate Nazrul Haque and appealed to the public to extend their support to the party.
Owaisi called on voters to back AIUDF candidates in both constituencies.
