
Hyderabad, March 22 – If industry rumors are to be believed, actress Mrunal Thakur will be seen in a song in director Buchi Babu Sana's highly anticipated rural action drama, "Peddi," which features actor Ram Charan in the lead role.
While some rumors suggest that the special song will also feature two other prominent heroines along with Mrunal Thakur, others claim that she will be the only heroine in the song.
However, there has been no official confirmation regarding Mrunal Thakur's appearance in a special song for the film until now.
"Peddi," which has generated significant excitement among fans and film enthusiasts, has been in the spotlight since its initial announcement.
Recently, the film was in the news when Indian cricketer Tilak Varma, who was part of the Indian cricket team that won the T20 World Cup, visited its sets.
Director Buchi Babu Sana shared a video clip of the cricketer greeting and meeting actor Ram Charan on the set of "Peddi" on his social media accounts. He revealed that the powerful middle-order batsman had seen the film's sports sequences and was thoroughly impressed.
Sources present at the event say that Tilak Varma was deeply impressed not only by the action but also by the emotional depth of the film's sequences.
On the occasion, Ram Charan presented the "Peddi" bat, with his autograph on it, to Tilak Varma.
Meanwhile, the "Peddi" team is working diligently on its final schedule and post-production.
The film features a strong cast, with Janhvi Kapoor playing the leading role. Veteran actors Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu, and Boman Irani will also be seen in significant roles.
On the technical side, the movie is being produced by some of the best in the industry. R. Rathnavelu is handling the cinematography, Navin Nooli is in charge of editing, and Avinash Kolla has designed the film's massive and detailed sets.
