UDHAMPUR, FEBRUARY 20: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai, chaired a meeting of the Building Operation Controlling Authority (BOCA) at the DC Office Complex to review pending approvals for new constructions, renovations, and land development cases.
The meeting was attended by CEO of the Patnitop Development Authority, Virender Kumar Manyal, DFO Udhampur, Dr. Ranjeet Singh Kotwal, and other officials. Two cases were approved subject to conditions regarding land use.
The DC directed the CEO of the PDA to hold regular monthly BOCA meetings to ensure timely processing and decisions.
