Trichy (Tamil Nadu), March 11 Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived here on Wednesday to inaugurate, dedicate to the nation, and lay the foundation stone for several development projects worth approximately Rs 5,650 crore.
He would later address the NDA rally at around 6:30 pm during his brief visit to the state.
