Feb 18, New Delhi — Leaders from various countries have arrived in New Delhi to participate in the India AI Impact Summit, hosted by India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi warmly welcomed the guest leaders at the Bharat Mandapam on Wednesday evening. The heads of multinational organizations and leaders of top AI companies have also arrived to attend the summit.

The Prime Minister greeted the Managing Director of the IMF, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the Prime Minister of Croatia, the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, the President of Serbia, the Vice President of Seychelles, the Prime Minister of Mauritius, the President of Estonia, the Prime Minister of Finland, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, the President of Slovakia, the Prime Minister of Spain, the Vice President of Bolivia, the Vice President of Guyana, the Prime Minister of Greece, the President of Sri Lanka, the Prime Minister of Bhutan, and the President of France.

Cultural programs were also organized at the Bharat Mandapam to honor the distinguished guests. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the India AI Impact Summit 2026 on Thursday morning. Leaders from various countries and global leaders in the AI field will attend this event at the Bharat Mandapam. The Prime Minister and leaders from various countries will also visit the India AI Impact Expo 2026.

The Prime Minister will participate in the Summit's leaders' central session on Thursday. Heads of state, top ministers, and senior representatives from multilateral institutions will also participate. The session will discuss the outline of national and global priorities on AI, including discussions on AI governance, infrastructure, and related international cooperation. The Prime Minister will also participate in a CEO roundtable.
