
KISHTWAR, March 16: An awareness program on the PM Vishwakarma Scheme was organized at the New DC Office Complex in Kishtwar by the MSME-Development & Facilitation Office, Jammu, under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India.
Around 200 artisans, entrepreneurs, and youth participated in the event. Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma inaugurated the program, while Joint Director MSME Amit Kumar Tamaria highlighted the benefits of various MSME schemes.
Officials from the District Industries Centre, Handicrafts & Handloom Department, KVIB, JKEDI, RSETI, and banking institutions briefed participants on skill development, financial assistance, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
The program concluded with an interactive session addressing participants' queries, followed by a vote of thanks.
