As a major step towards implementing Mission Gyan Bharatam, the District Level Training Committee (DLTC) organized a one-day training program for surveyors in Poonch today.
The training aimed to equip surveyors with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct a comprehensive household survey under the mission. More than 250 surveyors participated in the program and were trained across four separate sessions to effectively carry out the survey process across the district.
Tahir Mustafa Malik, the nodal officer for the training, stated that a strong team of trained surveyors has been prepared, who will now undertake the household survey under Mission Gyan Bharatam.
Master Trainer Palvi Verma highlighted that this initiative is part of the Ministry of Culture's broader efforts to document and promote the country's cultural and knowledge heritage.
The trained surveyors are expected to play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data collection and effective implementation of the mission at the grassroots level, thereby contributing to the preservation and promotion of India's rich cultural legacy.
