Prayagraj (UP), February 27 The Allahabad High Court on Friday reserved its order on the anticipatory bail plea of Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati in a case registered against him under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, according to lawyers.
The court also stayed his arrest until the pronouncement of its order, which is expected in the third week of March, they added.
The spiritual leader has been accused of sexually exploiting two individuals, including a minor. However, he has denied the allegations and described the case against him as false.
