New Delhi, April 7 The Indian armed forces are preparing to "fight and win the next war," former Army chief Gen. J. J. Singh (ret.) said here on Tuesday, while asserting that future warfare will take place across multiple domains, including land, space, cyberspace, and the cognitive domain.
