New Delhi, March 11 Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday criticized the Centre over concerns about the availability of LPG, asking how much the people can tolerate.
With the ongoing war in West Asia disrupting global fuel supplies, including India's LPG, the government has prioritized the supply of domestic cooking gas to households, leading to a shortage for hotels and restaurants that use commercial LPG.
Responding to concerns about LPG, Priyanka Gandhi told reporters in the Parliament House complex, "I am wondering, how much the people can tolerate. Over the past 10 years, the prices of everything have gone up, and unemployment is rising. Now, look at the situation with LPG."
"How much will the people tolerate? This is all because of their policies. It would have been better if these issues were debated in Parliament, so we could raise the concerns of the people," she said.
